How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot password?" on the login page and enter your email address. You will receive a reset link within a few minutes.
Can I import data from another system?
Yes, we support CSV imports for patient records, client data, and appointment history. Our team can also assist with custom migrations.
How do I add new staff members?
Navigate to Settings > Staff in your clinic dashboard. Click "Invite Staff Member" and enter their email address and role.
Is my data backed up?
All data is automatically backed up every hour with 30-day retention. Enterprise plans include real-time replication.
Do you offer training for my team?
Yes! All plans include access to our knowledge base and video tutorials. Professional and Enterprise plans include live onboarding sessions.
What browsers are supported?
